Here are some photos I took on a trip to Australia when I was six! Shot on film (Velvia), which I found in the loft and scanned in recently. The quality and colours are still brilliant, as you would expect from Velvia.
We took a plane ride over Ayers Rock (Uluru) which I remember was amazing, but nauseating. The currents of hot air rising from the ground can shake smaller aeroplanes violently enough to induce serious illness. But I’m sure you will agree that the view is worth it!
The weather was very unpredictable – first a light shower and a rainbow, then a massive thunderstorm. You can see the pictures below:

Aboriginal cave paintings. I can’t remember the exact location but from the sequence of pictures I think it was around or at Uluru.
